Returning students have until Friday, June 16, 2023, to complete the registration process.
STEP 1: Online Registration Form Submission
Families will log into their PowerSchool Parent Portal account, complete the enrollment forms and upload their enrollment documents:
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Proof of DC Residency Documentation (scan and upload or submit a clear, legible photo in-person) from the list of options below
Any ONE (1) of the following:
- Pay stub issued within 45 days of the school’s review
- Unexpired official documentation of financial assistance
- Certified copy of Form D-40
- Current military housing orders or statement on military letterhead
- Embassy letter
OR
- Any TWO (2) of the following:
- Unexpired DC motor vehicle operator’s permit or official government-issued non-driver's identification
- DC motor vehicle registration
- Unexpired lease or rental agreement with a separate proof of payment of rent, such as a receipt of payment within two months of the school’s review
- Utility bill (only gas, electric, and water bills acceptable) with a separate paid receipt showing payment of the bill, such as a receipt of payment printout
STEP 2: DC Residency Certification
Once your residency documents are received and approved, you must complete the DC Residency Verification Form in-person or electronically through HelloSign.
STEP 3: Submit current immunization record, health and dental forms;
(no later than the first day of school)
