IDEA provides two free shuttle bus rides with specific pickup times. Catch a ride at one of the following stops and get to school safely and on time with other IDEA scholars. The bus also drops students off in the afternoon at established Metro stations or locations.

 

IDEA is easily accessible using public transportation. The Deanwood Metro station is on the Orange Line, located two blocks from the school. The bus route that comes nearest to the school is U4 and drops students off half a block from the school.
 
Students can ride the subway and the bus for free using the student Kids Ride Free cards.
