Ms. Simonsen and Ms. Thompson led the community service club on an outing after exams to learn how to make nutritious and delicious meals. Staff and volunteers taught students how to use simple ingredients to create healthy food. Students helped make meals for local families in need. Martha's Table provides healthy food, affordable clothing, education opportunities, and family supports for individuals and families in Washington, DC.
