On October 18, 35 seniors visited Goucher College in Baltimore. They indulged in various cuisines in the dining hall and learned about the admissions process and a multitude of learning opportunities. Our scholars then participated in an hour-long tour of Goucher’s beautiful campus, visiting the Athenaeum, the school’s library and student center. Scholars and staff chaperones also toured a freshman residence hall and discussed Goucher’s policy for living on campus. "Scholars were engaged," said English teacher Natalie Hinds, who accompanied the seniors on the trip, "asking questions pertaining to sports, academic expectations, and financial aid."
