Marquez Slye is an IDEA graduate, class of 2017, who is glad to be back at IDEA in a role that allows him to relate and connect to scholars. He enjoys the family culture at IDEA and that IDEA takes seriously its role in the community.

 

Having experienced setbacks and challenges in his own life, Mr. Slye has developed self-discipline and accountability to keep him on track toward his goals. His work at IDEA enables him to pass on what he has learned to young people, influencing them to set goals and work toward them, which also contributes to the community as a whole.
