Enrollment Requirements for School Year 2018-2019
All NEW students wishing at IDEA Public Charter School must apply to IDEA, visit http://www.myschooldc.org, register, apply and make IDEA PCS your #1 choice! Note that the lottery application deadline for school year 2018-19 has passed. Any application submitted now is considered a post-lottery application.
Once your child has been accepted at IDEA (through MySchoolDC), you must submit the following documents in person to secure your child’s spot. The enrollment packet consists of the following documents. Please have all documents ready at the time of enrollment.

Additional Enrollment Requirements for Incoming Ninth Grade Students
Summer Bridge Program: This program is mandatory for all incoming ninth-grade students. The enrichment program is intended to help students make a smooth transition from middle school to high school both academically and socially. The program is June 25-July 27, 2018 (Students who sign up for SYEP should choose IDEA PCS as their employer.)
