Get Ready to Get Fit! The Timberwolf Fitness Challenge Begins Tuesday, March 5

The Timberwolf Fitness Challenge is an opportunity for IDEA staff and students to get fit and healthy together!

The workout program begins tomorrow and runs every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30-5:30pm. It is open to staff and students.

The fitness challenge will include

  • Exercise!
  • Diet and nutrition tips and support
  • Mental health discussions and support
  • General wellness guidance and information

Come join us to participate in taste tests, recipe swaps, a pedometer step program, a “Biggest Loser” style contest, and more.

Meet us in the multipurpose room on Tuesday, March 5 at 4:30 to start the next, healthier chapter of your life!
